The story of Christmas is taken from the religion Book of Gospel of Matthew, according to about 2000 years ago, a girl named Mary lived in the northern town of Nazareth (now in Israel).
She was good in nature and diligent in work and being involved in the worship of God. God was very pleased with Mary's kindness and generosity.
One day an Anzel comes to marry named Gabriel said don't be afraid, I am the messenger of God and God is very pleased with you, soon you will give birth to a divine baby boy, called him Ishu. He is God's own Son and his kingdom will never expire.
Mary is unmarried and recently was engaged with Marry Joseph, and being terrified of giving birth to a child, but upon the angel's persuasion the destiny of Ishu is fixed from his birth and she should not worry about it. Her cousin will also give birth to a child to guide Ishu.
Mary becomes agreed to give birth to a child on God's command after sometimes Marry visited her cousin's home Elizabeth and her husband Zechariah. Both were very happy to see Mary.
They already know that Mary had been chosen by God to be his son "Jesus" and their child Jhon will guide and prepare the way to make god endless kingdom. After 3 months marry returned her own home to Nazareth.
On the other hand, Joseph was worried about Marry's pregnancy, before marriage. He decided to put off the engagement but at night he dreams of an angel who says that "Don't worry about Marry pregnancy. She is chosen by God to mother of his child and you have to marry with Marry for her and his son. It is the order of God and you have to follow it.
After that event, Marry and Joseph become married but the place where Marry and Joseph lived, it's under the Roman empire. The kingdom wanted a list of all people to collect proper taxes and had announced that everyone must have registered their name at the originated town.
Marry and Joseph had also traveled a long journey to his originate town "Bethlehem" but both are too slow to reach Bethlehem before people.
All the places are full of people, especially the guest rooms. No one place is left to live, but the animal places outside the home are left to live.
Marry and Joseph decided to live there with animals, but the same night Marry give birth to Jesus. During that time a tradition is popular to warp new babies born with a long cloth called "swaddling" but there is no cloth to warp Jesus, hence Jesus is bedded with manger ( a long box type where animal feed their food.)
